Overview
The Opera Phenix Plus by Revvity is an advanced high-content screening platform for high-speed, high-sensitivity and highly automated imaging. It is especially suited for complex biological models such as organoids, 3D spheroids and microtissues, and supports applications including cell cycle studies, migration and invasion assays, cell signaling analysis, mitochondrial localization, membrane analysis, and fixed or live-cell imaging in thick tissues. Its combination of confocal spinning-disk imaging, automation and multiwell plate handling makes it a powerful tool for modern cell-based discovery workflows.
