On 10 March 2026 we celebrated the final gala of NeuroArt 2026 at the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB) during Brain Week.
Over the past months, schools across Catalonia have explored neuroscience through art, transforming complex scientific ideas into creative and thought-provoking works. This morning, students presented their projects in front of the jury and the audience, showcasing an inspiring dialogue between science and creativity.
Congratulations to all the students and teachers who participated in this year’s edition. Your creativity and curiosity truly represent the spirit of NeuroArt.
The gala was presented by Jose Pérez-Ocaña, and the event also included a cineforum organised in collaboration with Brain Film Fest, presented by Marta Cervera Sospedra and Jose Valenzuela.
We would also like to thank the members of the jury, Mar Puigdellivol, África Flores and Alanna Rodríguez Loreto, for their time and thoughtful evaluation of the projects.
