Measurement and Research Designs

Mental Health

This programme focuses on quantitative and qualitative methodology, with special emphasis on measurement and research designs. Research interests are at two levels: a) methodological, contributing to the study of procedures and analysis techniques of various types of data and to the development of methodological and technological advances, through simulation studies and software development; and b) applied, testing and applying these techniques and procedures in various substantive fields, such as mental health or physical activity and sport, among others.
