Eurolife Autumn Symposium: A journey through Neuroscience

Eurolife Symposium 2017On Tuesday, October 24, the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of the UB will hold the Eurolife symposium A journey through Neuroscience.

This symposium gathers Eurolife university network, the Institute of Neurosciences of the UB and their respective members, as well as students of the Master’s degree in Neurosciences. The aim of the conference is to open a sustainable process for dialogue, to exchange knowledge and increase cooperation among Eurolife institutions.

The symposium will finish with a Eurolife Distinguished Lecture, given by Professor Per Svenningson as guest speaker. This meeting offers excellent scientists the opportunity to present their current research results to an international scientific audience in the context of the Eurolife meeting series. In addition to fostering active dialog between the lecturers, researchers and students, the distinguished lectures serve to thematically position the Eurolife institutions in the international research field.

This symposium is held in memory of Professor Dan Grandér, professor from Karolinska Instituet, who passed away this October.
