The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences hosts a new neuroscience conference: “Stability and bioactivity of naked extracellular RNAs”. Juan Pablo Tosar, Universidad de la República Institut Pasteur de Montevideo, shares his insights on how some exRNAs are intrinsically stable and can be detected in human biofluids, plus that naked RNA can be internalized by cells and even escape from endosomal compartments into the cytosol.
